Full 25-Year Warranty on Baby Shoe Bronzing
The electroplated finish applied to baby shoes and other items is warranted for 25 years from the date of purchase against cracking, chipping, peeling, flaking and other surface imperfections caused by the technique or materials applied as part of or during the finishing process. The baby shoe or other item will be refinished without charge when presented to Valley Forge Gifts. This warranty does not cover damage or refinishing necessitated by abuse, accident or exposure to moisture or corrosive substances.
THE WARRANTOR'S LIABILITY IS LIMITED SOLELY AND EXCLUSIVELY TO REFINISHING ALONE AND DOES NOT INCLUDE LIABILITY FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR OTHER DAMAGES OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER WHETHER ANY CLAIM IS BASED UPON THEORIES OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE OR TORT. Some states do not allow exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
This Warranty is in effect on January 1, 1997, is our only warranty, and supersedes all previous warranties. No employee, agent, salesperson or other person is authorized to expand, enlarge or otherwise modify the terms of this warranty.
