How To Order
Ordering with Valley Forge Gifts is as simple and straightforward as possible.
We have several payment options for you to choose from:
1) Check/Money Order through the mail (included in your package).
2) Credit/Debit Card, Bank Account Funds Transfer, or PayPal Funds Transfer - all securely through PayPal
Valley Forge Gifts is a PayPal Verified Merchant. With PayPal, you may pay via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, eCheck), debit card (ATM cards), or directly from your bank account. YOU DO NOT NEED TO REGISTER WITH PAYPAL TO USE THE PAYPAL PAYMENT SERVICES! PayPal will process your payment without you signing up for their service. If you already have a PayPal account, you may use the funds that are already in your account to pay for your order.
You may ALSO pay via check or money order enclosed in your package when shipping. Please make checks and money orders payable to "Valley Forge Gifts".
1) (If ordering a specialty item, disregard this step) Place the shoe on a ruler and measure it from heel to tip. If the shoe is over five inches even slightly, add $3.00 per inch per shoe, regardless of finish.
Please note that children's shoes over 6 inches will not fit on any of the baby shoe mountings. Any shoes over 8 inches long will be priced as adult shoes. If you are in doubt about measuring, please call or send us an email inquiry.
2) The next page ("continue" button at the bottom of this page) is your Purchase Order. Please click your choices in the menus provided. Enter Engraving Instructions. Enter your full contact information in case we require a clarification. Valley Forge Gifts uses FedEX to ship the finished product. Please provide a street address: FedEx does not deliver to P.O. boxes.
3) $18.50 shipping and Handling is added for you, although you may modify it for larger orders. Next, you may enter any optional charges for Engraving and Attachment; for Oversized Baby Shoes (if applicable); Rush Order charge (if applicable.) Calculate your subtotal. If you reside in Pennsylvania, apply PA State Sales Tax (6%) to the subtotal (yes, PA charges tax on postage and shipping), and type in your Total.
4) Press "submit" at the bottom of the form. A new window will appear, containing all information you entered in an easily printable format. Print this page. If you are paying with PayPal, click the large "Pay now with PayPal" button on the form. There, enter your calculated total and pay with the method of your choice. If you are not paying with PayPal, skip to the next step.
5) Pack the items inside a box or padded mailing envelope.
6) Cut out the address label from your printed form. Place the completed Purchase Order inside the mailing bag or box, along with your keepsake (and payment if you did not use PayPal). MAKE CHECKS AND MONEY ORDERS PAYABLE TO: Valley Forge Gifts.
Sorry, no C.O.D. orders. We will ship internationally to any location in the world: if outside of the U.S., contact us first with your shipping address for a freight quote.
7) Seal the box or bag, attach the barcoded Mailing Label with tape, and bring it to your local Post Office or shipping center. We are fortunate to be served by a highly efficient Post Office, and believe that the U.S. Mail remains the most cost-effective means to ship your keepsakes.
Valley Forge Gifts will send you a Customer's Contract with an order number. This will be your receipt. When you receive your order from us, you can match the order number to the tag included with the finished product from the factory.
